Common questions
Do you repair at my home?
Yes. Most repairs are done on-site. If an appliance needs workshop repair, we'll explain why and arrange collection with you.
Which brands do you work on?
All major household appliance brands found in Singapore homes. Send us your brand and model number when booking.
How is the price decided?
After the on-site check, you receive a quote covering parts and labour. A visit and diagnosis fee applies if you choose not to proceed.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Replaced parts and workmanship are covered for a set period, stated on your service receipt.
Can you fix my TV or sound system?
No. We repair household electrical appliances only, not audio or video equipment.
